Belly fat is the source of one's appearance problem. Not only that, belly fat can also affect a person's health. This is because belly fat and obesity are difficult to separate. Obesity itself is a risk factor for many health problems such as hypertension, clogged arteries, stroke, heart disease up.

Cause belly fat is by eating foods that contain simple carbohydrates and too much trans fat. 2. Lifestyle

3. The Use Of Medicines
Medications such as birth control pills or other medicines that can trigger the production of the hormone estrogen can trigger stomach distended. This is because the hormone estrogen binds fat easily.

4. Genetic
That you should also know is that belly fat can also be caused due to genetic factors or a descendant. And also there are those who since childhood have a tendency to be obese, and have a slower metabolism.

5. Aging
It is undeniable that the increasing age, the body's metabolism also slows down. This slowed metabolism usually occurs due to decreased muscle mass involved and typically occurs when a person above 30 years of age.
